Single Super Phosphate (SSP) is one of the oldest and most trusted phosphate fertilizers. It is produced by reacting phosphate rock with sulphuric acid and contains phosphorus together with calcium and sulphur, two secondary nutrients that many soils lack. SSP is well suited to oilseeds, pulses, cereals, sugarcane, rice, cotton and plantation crops.
