How We Work

OUR SUPPLY PROCESS

From your first inquiry to final delivery, we follows a clear, internationally standardized procedure designed to protect all parties and ensure smooth, on-schedule execution.

Contact us & request for SCO

Buyer or buyer mandate contact us and request for Soft Corporate Offer (SCO), our sales department send to the buyer official SCO withe complete details.

Submit the Documents

The buyer checks the SCO and if accept the terms and conditions, then buyer submit the documents such as ICPO, TSA or CPA, to check by seller and verify the documents.

Commercial Invoice (CI) & PPOP

Seller issues the CI with full details including procedure, product availability int port, to sign and stamp by buyer and then seller release the PPOP documents.

Dip Test and Injection

Buyer does the Dip test, and product is shipped per agreed terms (CIF/FOB/TTO). Payment is processed securely via MT103, LC, or escrow, per the executed contract.
